Google Play Services

Payment Gateway Usage Charges

- The Link shall redirect the Customer to Payment gateway Link of Razorpay or Paytm, any issues in process of payment shall not be responsibility of Mechatron Techgear Pvt. Ltd.
- Payment Modes Shall be UPI / Cards.

- All the Data shall be securely stored on Our Cloud Storage.
- The Data shall be kept confidential and in no case shall be shared without the Exclusive permission of the client given in writing.
The Data regarding the Services provided & the Goods Sold by Our Clients may be used by Our Company with prior permission of Our Clients for Upcoming new Plans.
Support
- APP shall be available 24*7 except when under maintenance during non-Business Hours.
- Weekdays Shall Constitute From Monday to Saturday with Provision of Support Services available 24*7.
- Any Application/Complaint/Queries/Technical issues shall be attended to and resolved within 24 Hours except on Sundays. For Example: - a Query put up on Saturday night shall be resolved on Monday only.
