Email Abuse & Threat Policy
Private Communication, including email correspondence, is not regulated by Cops Mart. Cops Mart encourages its users to be professional, courteous and respectful when communicating by email.
However, Cops Mart will investigate and can take action on certain types of unwanted emails that violet Cops Mart policies.
In Such Instance
- Threats of badly harm – Cops Mart does not permit users to send exploits of badly harm .
- Misuse of Cops Mart App system- Cops Mart allows users to facilities transaction through the Cops Mart system, but will investigate any misuse of the service .
- Spoof (Fake) email – Cops Mart will never ask you to provide sensitive information through email. In case you receive any spoof (fake) email, you are requested to report the same to us through “contact us” section .
- Spam (unsolicited commercial email)- Cops Mart spam policy applies only to unsolicited commercial messages sent by Cops Mart users. Cops Mart users not allowed sending spam messages to other users .
- Cops Mart Policy Prohibits user to user threats of physical harm via any method including, phone, email and on our public message boards .
- Violation of this policy may result in range of actions,Including :
- Limits on account privileges
- Account suspension
- Cancelation of listings
- Loss of special status
